Select this option to use the settings defined in Internet Config (or ΓÇ£InternetΓÇ¥ Control Panel in OS 8.5 or later) to decide how a file is to be uploaded.
Select this option to upload all files as MacBinary III.
Note: MacBinary is a Macintosh file format that is used to preserve Macintosh specific file information, so this file will be unreadable by PC users.
Select this option to upload all files as Binhex.
Binhex is an ASCII (text) representation of the binary data stored in a file.
Select this option to upload all files as Binary.
Use this option to upload (Photoshop) GIF/JPEG files to your ISP and have them work properly.
Note: Photoshop saves Mac specific data in the file, so these files are uploaded as MacBinary by default.
Select this option to upload all files as Text.
Note: all files uploaded are translated to the native format of the server. eg Mac (CR), PC (CRNL), UNIX (NL).
